If you want to spice up your sex life, then you may need to break some bad habits. The following is a list of common sex mistakes made by men.
1. Too much hand holding. Holding hands is fine, but the aphrodisiac effect wears off after a while. Up the ante by caressing her neck.
2. Slow it down, and explore her body. Don't make a bee line to her erogenous zone. Take your time and use foreplay.
3. Mix it up by having sex in different places. Maybe even the back seat of the car, or in the garage. Try to have some quickies. The more sex you have the more connected you'll stay.
4. Exercising together will elevate her dopamine levels, making her more relaxed and open to sex. Your sweat also releases an odor that will arouse her.
5. Break up the predictability. If she agrees, try tying her hands. This will extend foreplay and can make sex more interesting.
6. Instead of watching TV and then having sex, try reading to her. The deeper your voice, the more turned on she'll be. Lying in bed with your head up deepens your voice.
