I am on day 8 of colpurin. since nothing was happening I moved up to 6 pills a day, the limit. i also have made 16oz of veggie juice in my juicer, drink hot water with lemon, eat steel cut oatmeal, big salads and salmon with veggies. after 8 days I have gone to the bathroom a total of twice. nothing significant. i actually had to force it out since I have not had the urge to go at all. i do not have abdominal pain or cramps. I just feel nothing different at all. this is clearly not working for me.
