I tried it approximately 5 years ago. I followed it precisely and I was disciplined during the 30day period. I would have liked to have tried it for 60 days straight but that was too much for me to take on as a rookie. Towards the last 15 days or so I started to see some of the disgusting things that I saw images on the website and I am on the web today because I was looking to order more for Dec 09..plain and simple it worked for me!

Difficult to take during a hectic work week,yet it has been worth it. I have been reintroduced to fiber which I believe is an important ingredient to obtain sustainable health. I can really tell the difference. I feel healthier,mentally alert and this is just only after a month on the Colonix / Toxin removal pack. Bloating is another issue during the first two weeks which I guess is a result from drinking the recommended water amounts combined with the fiber. I should be drinking the recommended amounts of water anyway for good health.

I plan on continuing the plan for 3 months and most certainly will continue the fiber intake forever. I am currently reviewing the other products on the web site so I can have a healthy future.

I purchased two packs, a 60-day supply. I used it as directed, at the maximum doses (I have chronic constipation), and drank a large volume of water while on the program. I did not experience any of the proposed benefits or even side effects of this program. No increase in the number or volume of bowel movements, no expulsion of "weird" intestinal creatures. Not even a headache. They refunded my money once I mailed the empty packaged back to the company. If I had not been able to get a refund, I would have felt truly ripped-off.

The product definitely works. My system is running very well now and I can lose weight more easily. I tried it about 4 years ago and I highly recommend to try it for 2 months the first time cuz there's a lot of build up, esp if you're older like me (late 40s). Also, as other testimonials on their website, my hair is super shiny, thicker and healthier. In fact my hair stylist can't believe how fast it goes (about 1/2 an inch a month!!). Used is strictly as directed and also followed a very strict and regimented diet and exercise program. I used it for a whole month with little to no results. I did get a lot of cramping during the night, but not sufficient dispelling of fecal matter in the morning. Also, prior to starting the colonix, I had lost nearly 10 pounds on my own with diet and exercise. After starting the colonix, I ctually gained about 4 pounds which I am having a very difficult time losing now. I quit taking the product and will be returning hopefully for a full refund like they promised. By the way, my spouse also took the colonix plunge with me with no results either. I'm almost a month in right now and have already seen crazy things come out of me! I'm talking about stuff that looks packed solid almost rubbery. Colonix is the BEST (and easiest) cleanse I have used to date and I have tried MANY! I tried it for the full 3 months as recomended, and I think that is a reason I had sucess with it because it was more into the 2nd and 3rd month that I really started to feel and see things working. I followed everything exactly as instructed, and with how my body was responding I made adjustments with the amount of fiber to take and length of time to brew the tea at night - that makes a HUGE difference. I purchased three kits. I returned two kits unopened and since it was over the 60 days the company would not refund my money. When I contacted the company for them to send the kits back to me I was told that they had been discarded. This is a wrip off company who does not back their product. I was never contacted that they had received the product and did not intend to re-imburse me, nor was I offered for them to ship the product back to me. This stuff does not work. Save your money and time and do not order from them.

I am halfway through and it's pretty good, the Dr. who mentioned that it's just a matter of getting fiber... part of the point of this product is getting that fiber the we wouldn't otherwise get. True there might be cheaper ways of getting fiber but I don't honestly think I would get these results with Metamucil or the other fiber supplements.

I'm really not too impressed by the product. I've used Bowtrol in the past and decided to try Colonix due to their reviews on the website.

The nice thing was that I didn't have any headaches like some of you reported but the product also didn't do anything different for me.

In conclusion, I've had to spend more money and waste much more time to get the same results that Bowtrol gave me.

think its a hoax . i am a medical doctor so know a thing or two about these things . those long strings everyone keeps holding up is not not not fecal matter but is in fact the gel which has solidified into that shape in the bowel.... drinking 2-3 litres of water a day and taking fibre daily will clear out any bowel and clear skin , give you energy etc . i think it is a complete scam..and yes i have tried it for myself.

I've been using the Colonix for almost two months now and it is the best product I've ever tried! I have wasted so much time and money on trying to overcome constipation and bloating. I've been in pain for most of my life, so much so that most of you can't even imagine!

I have been struggling with constipation off and on for a long time. It got much worse after having a hysterectomy. This past year has been miserable. I tried everything I could think of. I started the program on Dec 25th.I was very anxious as I had go on line and read all the testimonials... I followed the directions and can honestly say that my results we no where near the one's I'd read about from the site. On day 4 I had a somewhat larger bowel movement than usual but nothing amazing, I thought that things would change, but they never did, the only thing that changed was that because of all the water I was drinking I was peeing alot more, but that's it.
