Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

I started taking Breast Actives about 2 weeks ago. I bought it from Amazon and not from the company. Does anyone know how often to apply the cream?

I just started taking the pills and cream yeasterda and i already feel some tenderness i hope they work! anyone has any tips?

What if you start taking the pills and cream and you get your results. If you stop the purchase, do your breast start decreasing because of the no use?

hi!i started my third month of BA! no luck so far!nicole said that she saw results at the end of her third month, but i'm really skeptical because I haven't notice anything yet! not even the smallest increase in my bust size (i'm a 32 A). we'll see!

Hi Everyone,
Just thought I should mention that I am on BA - and taking additional doses of fenugreek,red clover and saw palmetto as well (due to the very, very low doses in BA). I gained half an inch in 2 weeks which was exciting I hope it keeps going!
BTW, I thought that I should let everyone know that Nicole is a big faker!!!. The photographs she claims as her own were actually taken off some breast augmentation before/after shots website. Honestly it wouldn't suprise me if she was someone from Breast Actives.... very misleading - as is all of the websites saying breast actives is number one - I think they are affiliated with BA.
Anyway, the ingredients in BA are great, just really low doses, so if you are in the process of taking them, consider taking extra supplments to get results. The cream is great!! And honestly I think it's probably the cream that makes people get results.

Anita - once you stop any natural breast enhancement program the results are supposed to be permanent (others say you can lose half an inch).

I just started taking the Breast Actives. Are you suppose to use the cream and take the pills at the same time? Or can you use the cream in the morning and take the pills at supper? I use the cream once a day correct? Pills once a day? Thanks!!

Hey Everyone!

I just started BA 2 days ago and i may be just imaging but i feel the firmess already! Please keep me updated with your results! Also ive read that some people state they have a 180 day money back guarntee, but on the website it says 90 day money back guarntee! Which one is it?

Hey Ann, You don't have to put the cream on and take the pills at the same time (together). Just remember to take them individually at the same time. The directions say once a day each, but I do the cream twice a day, take BA in the morning and then take additional fenugreek, saw palmetto and red clover supplements, at lunch and at evening. The dose in BA is very, very low...

TJ - I think you should ask BA, cos I've heard different things about the guarantee.
