Guide To Using BreastActives

PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives

as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important.

How I Achieved My Results

  • 1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
    The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

  • 2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
    Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

  • 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
    Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

  • 3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
    This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

Hello all!

I went to GNC and got my fenugreek and saw palmetto (sp?) last night. Took everything this morning after I had something in my stomach. I cannot give up my morning Diet Pepsi, but I did only drink 1/2 the can, so I'm getting better. Drinking water the rest of the day.

Ladies: into my 3rd month, yay! got some growth, bra's tighten, and frankly and sadly, growth is starting to slow down. i've it my 3-4 month period where the growth is slowing down. all well, we'll see what happens!

Hi guys, I'm Asian too. Seen fullness in my right breast esp, little development with my left breast though. I'm in my 2nd mth and hope for more growth to come. Concurrently, I'm taking saw palmetto and fenugreek too but in low dosage. I've been reading the threads in this forum and the other closely and thought I shld share my experience too

Kim: welcome, sadly us asian women were blessed with small breasts, huh? are yours uneven? my left one if bigger than my right. it always drives me crazy. but i'm only trying the cream on one side.

Yes Jaxon, mine is uneven too. But opp direction fr urs.. haha. I still apply to both sides but "massage" more on the smaller one.. So Jaxon, for urs, in which mth you see the most significant growth? Are you still on 1 saw palmetto, 1 fenugreek and 2 BA pills a day? Or have u increased the dosage?

Kim: nope still on same dosage. most of the growth will be in the mid 2month. slows down on 3rd, which is where i am right now, and should pick up on 5-6ish.. according to what i'm reading about.
this may seem like a silly question but are you right handed or left? I have this theory that becuase i'm right handed, and do more things with my right arm and hand, it decreases my breast size... sounds odd huh?

I'm right handed too so it shldn't cos mine bigger on the right. Haha. Have a great wkend ahead!

I have been taking Breast Actives for three weeks now and WOW big difference already! I have been taking pictures of my progress. I started as a 34A. I breast-fed my first son 10 years ago and my youngest son is turning 3 next month and after nursing him my breasts were left saggy and empty! Now my breasts are full and filling out of my bras. I measured myself and I think I'm a B-cup now, I have to go to Victoria's Secret and get measured again. My boyfriend loves my new breasts and I am very happy. So glad I bought BA, its much better than implants because it is all naturally ME!
