Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. How I Achieved My Results

1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.

2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.

3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.

3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

Yes, I can't beleive that Nicole's results were from Breast Actives. Looks nice like nice implants. I bought 6 months supply and taking it already for 2 weeks. My breast slightly increased in size, only I can notice, not even my boyfriend. I feel kind of strange, can't say exactly what's wrong with me but I'm not as emoitional as I'm usually and feel kind of indeferent to everything that would excite or bother me usually. Anybody experienced any change in emotional state?
I did check on the ingridients of the pills and L-Tyrosine does have some effect on emotional state of the person. If my symtoms get worse, I'm sending all the 6 months supply back.

How do we know for sure that Nicole's results are real? Implants or Breast Actives? One more thing, she's stopped replying back to our responses. I really hope it works. Update please!

I'm sorry that I haven't been as active on the forums as I normally am. It seems like there are some skeptics out there
I don't blame you for thinking that they are implants as all my friends and family think the same thing. I never actually thought
about what I would say about my boobs getting bigger until they became very noticeable. I guess the only down side to having
bigger boobs once you don't have any is having to explain your self to everyone who knew you.
These are NOT implants. I would have rather had small boobs for the rest of my life then go under the knife.
Some of you have been asking if you have to keep using Breast Actives the breast growth. I didn't have to keep using them
and I'm not sure why you would have to. The main idea behind breast actives is it's ability to grow new breast tissue. It's not
like it inflates them and then they would deflate when you stop using it.
For those skeptics, I am going to try and find some more photos of my self and will take some other close up pictures just to show
you that these are NOT implants

that would be great. cause i was trying to find some befoe and after herbal suppliments on the internet and there's almost nothing!!
i've been taking pills now for a little less than a months and i see the results already. maybe half a size. my old bras are much more tighter. let's see what happens

i feel tht tingling sensation but no increase in size and this is after 2 n half months...

2 and a half months and no results?? that's strange. if you see my note on top, i already increased half size in less than one month!
are you taking two pills at the same time every day? or you take one morning, one night? there's some confusion with that....

Can you take the fenugreek capsules instead of soaking fenugreek seed in a cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning. What is the difference? Do the seeds work better or something if you let it soak?

noo i'm taking it at the same time... i dont think it works for me then.. or maybe it will take longer.. nicole you said started notcing results at the end of the third month.. when exactly?
