Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important. For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results
-
1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.
-
2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.
-
3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.
-
3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.
That's It Good luck ladies

Kylie - I just started my 4th month and had only 2 menstrual cycles b/c not irregular. But each time it get it, my breasts would go down. This is due to the drop in your body's natural estrogen & progestrone levels. Estrogen spikes up at the time of ovulation. This is when I see an increase in size until I get my menses again. Do you think that perhaps overall you are seeing a slight increase in size? I think I am. Perhaps we are just expecting it to be gradulally getting larger day by day (regardless of where we are in the cycle). The way I look at it is if you're feeling some change (even the inital changes), your body is responding to Breast Actives. I think it'll just take some time for us to see the changes. That's what I'm hoping. I think Breast Actives only claims 1/2 cup increase. How noticable do you think that is? I'm not sure.

What I mean in the last 2 sentences in the last post is how much is 1/2cup in noticable results? I was a 32A and still am. Before I started Breast Actives, I thought "I need any help I can get, even if it's just 1/2cup" but hoping for more than that. Now I wonder how much 1/2 a cup is and if you'd notice it much if it's just 1/2 cup. Anyway, I don't think I have gotten 1/2cup... just from a flat A to a not so flat A.

Hi Sorry for teh long reply time. we have been very busy. We did see a slowdown of growth after 2 months, but I've read that this is normal from other posters. If you apply twice a day everyday you will run out in less than a month. But as the month is halfway, might as well use it, right?
So far we ar very hopeful and bought a 4 month suupply on top of the 2 we had initially purchased. Her bras are more snug now and seem to be a bit bigger. It takes time so we just follow the instructions. Hope it works out for you.

Jasleen - From reading your previous posts, your experiences are very similar to mine. I'm 1/2 month behind you. I think I am starting to see growth again. The growth is so slow that it takes awhile to notice it and it might take a you a little more time too. So don't give up yet. The changes you're looking for may be just around the corner. You're taking supplemental protein, right?

Hey Vicki..I do believe you may be right. Maybe my expectations are a bit too high. I have to take back my earlier comment as I ran into some photos I took less than a year ago. Having scrutinsed my boobs in these photos I realise that they have changed in shape if not size. But I do believe certainly a bit fuller. Having just applied the treatment for today, I have examined once more and decided I needed to get the tape measure out as I had measured before I started the treatment. I am no longer 34 around the bust but a 35. I guess I had hoped for more significant results, but I must now recant. The product appears to be working and certainly in its own time. I will relax, eat a good diet and exercise and hope it will all happen in good time... all the best ladies

Hello, I have recently bought the BA 2 month supply and have been using it for half a month. I do feel like my boobs feel firmer and I am hoping just like many of ya'll that this works. =^^=
I am 18 years old and half really low self esteem when it comes to my body. I have had a boyfriend for up to a year and 8 months already! yay! I feel really self conscious whenever it comes to my body and it really sux to have small boobs well, atlest to me they seem that way. I am a 34b, or atleast inbetween some size around there because I don't exactly fill them out, 5'2 and weigh 110-115ish.
Oh, also wondering if it's bad to just use the cream? Now that I heard that the pills are FDA approved or whatever and are all natural ingredients, I may start taking them. And about how much cream are you supposed to rub on? I just usually dab my index and middle finger and just use that much (little bit?).
I haven't given up caffeine or coke either so dunno if this is bad... O_O

I have been using BA for 3 months now, what I see is firmness right now. I am going to stick this out for 6 months seeing this is a much safer way to feel good about my size than plastic surgery. I am 5'7" and was a 34B, kinda saggy, I am over 40, but see a slight difference now. I have bought 36B bras and am starting to fit into them, don't know if this false hope, but its what I have to rely on. what I started doing from the 2nd month is taking Flax seed oil caplets and Fennel seed caplets. these are also ingredients in BA, thought a little extra couldnt hurt! will write in a couple more months for update!

I heard about that every breast enhancement product is to make you gain estrogen, but too much estrogen can make the uterus rampart become thicker and thicker, and then this will cause to uterus cancer. I am worried about it. Please help me about this question! Thank you !

Hello everyone!
I'm new to this forum, but I've read most of the replies here.
I have just placed my order and waiting for the 6 month package to be delivered.
Before trying it out, I'm going to take the pills to my doctor and find out if it would be safe to use them.
I decided that i will continue updating all you ladies with my news and progress in detail.
The thing is I'm 19 years old and I'm currently a 32A (i don't even fill my bra up to be honest). I'm 170cm and I'm very thin... I'm very self conscious when it comes to my upper body because I hate the fact that I'm completely flat, but I'm determined to do everything possible in order to have bigger boobs (I'm aiming for a 34B, at least), except going through surgery.
This is why I have decided to try out Breast Actives and, thanks to my determination, I'm planning on doing it properly and no matter what I'm going to finish the entire 6 months! I'm going to stop eating chocolate and drinking hot chocolate (i hate coffee so cutting down on it doesn't make a difference to me). I'm a bit of a gym freak so i will be exercising as usual and because of the fact that I'm really skinny I'm also going to work on gaining weight, which means i will be increasing my calorie intake.
So my plan sounds really good, and I'm hoping for the best. The thing that I didn't like about breast actives was the fact that, although they have a phone number on their site, it was impossible to contact them! The number just didn't work and when iI tried contacting them through their website (aka through e-mail) they never replied back even though they did say that they would reply within 24hours. I'm sure I'm not the only one who experienced this, but I'm going to try and ignore it and will continue with the pills and cream as mentioned.
I do have a few questions and I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out a bit although from what i can see most of you are new to this also:
- Are there instructions sent to you with the pills and creams?
- How much cream would I have to put on?
- Did any of you experience any side-effects that you think are related to BA?
Thanks in advance! and the best of luck to all of you!
I will keep writing here and giving you all the details starting from packaging and if indeed there are instructions with the pills and creams.
