Guide To Using BreastActives
PublicHealthForums.com asked me to write a guide to using Breast Actives
as it seems there are a lot of ladies out there asking a lot of questions. Below is my 4 step guide to using Breast Actives. Please make sure you follow all the steps as they are very important. For those of you who may not know who I am here is a link to my original submission to PublicHealthForums.com that was featured on their website.

How I Achieved My Results
-
1) Breast Actives 6 Month Package
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.
-
2) Avoid Caffine - Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.
-
3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.
-
3) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.
That's It Good luck ladies

Alyssa,I totally hear you and desperately want this to work too. You're also right about this being kind of the only place we have to talk about this with other girls, and it really helps having a supportive group of ladies. So it's really discouraging when the only two women who seem to have gotten really good results aren't replying anymore. But richard does have a point that if you did gain you desired results and were only getting criticism about it your motivation to continue responding would definitely decline. Also have you tried contacting BA by phone? Just might be easier to get the timely respone you want and actual answers to your questions. Although it still wouldn't excuse their tardy email response.
I think I'm going to start BA early may when I'm done exams. So everyone's updates are really appreciated and I'll take pictures and add updates when I start. Good luck everyone, stay positive!

Oh and just a couple quick questions for anyone using Breast Actives if anyone has time to answer them that would be great! For ladies like me who are just starting this whole thing what advice do you have? I read Nicole's post in which she emphasized staying away from caffeine, are there any other dietary suggestions you could make? Does anyone have a sorta set diet they find is great, or book/mags with good recipes ideas etc? How much cream are people applying...and what was the conclusion on avoiding the nipple or not? Has anyone tried the fenugreek soaked in water for 5hrs/ is it worth the effort??
Good luck amy and everyone else!

ALYSSA-How long have you been taking Breast Actives? I wouldn`t give up just yet. At least at the end of this you can say you went through with it instead of just giving up. Maybe your out come will be good, maybe not. But at least you can let others know your out come of the product and help others and give them advice. I have been reading this forum for about a month and a half now and id really like to hear everyones out comes and not here anyone give up. I am a 34 small A-cup right now and Like i have said before i am a single young mother and would love to hear 6 months use of the product before buying. Im rooting for you and all the other women on here. We all can relate-I wish mine were bigger too
So Alyssa keep your chin up high and i have my fingers crossed for you and all the other women on this forum :P

So check it. When I first started I noticed small results, but they quickly went away. Now they seem to be comming back. It's been about a month. So I'm hopeful.

I was wondering if there's anyone out there who's used Breast Actives for awhile now and had seen some development, then it stopped and picked up again later on.

I haven't started using BA yet as I'm waiting until early May. However, when dealing with flux in hormones levels it is critical to take the supplements at the same time each day. Also, as a lot of the ladies have emphasized, maintaining a balanced diet is essential. Your body need's to be in top condition in order to generate cellular growth. Basically you can't expect BA to work magically on its own if aspects of your lifestyle aren't conducive to healthy growth. Do some research and find out what kind of regular nutritional intake works for you. I follow allot of Tosca Reno's routines, except she includes black coffee, which for BA users should definitely be excluded. Take a look through this forum and the the other one mentioned by Darla; there are some great nutritional tips. However, if you have already partnered a heathly lifestyle with BA supplements you need to remember that everyone's body responds differently and it is possible you won't get the results your looking for. Personally I think it would be a waste to just give up at the 3 week marker. If you finish the process at least you can say you completed it and therefore have conclusive results. Stay positive and be informed about what you are putting in your body! Good luck!

Hi Ladies, on March 7th I would have been using BA for two months. At first I was excited that my breast felt fuller and firmer, but like everyone after the first month i was back to normal. I have experienced the fullness again but only before my cycle. I do believe I eat healthy, avoid cabonated drink, caffeine (Damn I even gave up chocolate) and increase my protein intake. To this point Zilch has happened. Im still a 34 A at 5'11. I swear I look like a diving board. I did locate on the website at one time...long ago that the money back guarantee was good for the duration of your purchase. To be honest if results are supposed to show in 6 months what is the sense in a 30 day money back guarantee if the product cant work in 30 days. I tried posting the information I found but ...it never got posted - no fault of mine...wonder what Richard has to say about that.
As for Nicole and Lisa, Im dont have any reason to believe they do exist. Even if they didnt want to stick after the result I do get the impression that people will be here for the six months they have committed sharing information and asking questions. Lisa never made it to six months before she disappeared. And Nicole seems to be the only person who has results after 6 months.
Lastly, I dont suppose I will go to bed in the last week of the 6th month and wake up with size C boobs. The effect has to be gradual and there is no gradual change in my body. So unless its short of a miracle...I dont know what to expect. I continue use in doubt and hope as anyone can understand.
If someone is actually employing a scam here i think it is a horrible thing to exploit people where they are most vulnerable.
