I know there is an article on this site about how this product does not work, but further to that, the company is a complete fraud. their advertising is a complete lie (since obviously form the article it can't work the first time and every time). I wish I joined this site earlier, cause I tried it and now am trying to get a RMA form them. But, they of course do not answer my emails and you can't get anyone there on the phone. Is false advertising indictable? Anyone else get caught up in this? Anyway - don't get anything from them or there parent company - ADVANTIS NUTRACEUTICALS, LLC - they can't be trusted!

Ado - I called this Joe Wanamaker myself, and he didnt answer...went to voicemail. Secondly, There are a group of people banding together for class action against the fraudulant credit card activity related to Herotabs and Joe Wanamaker; as well as false advertising. I'd be happy to have you a part of it. Lastly, I did research on Joe Wanamaker and prior businesses; and needless to say; there were several reports on him with a bad record of fraud.

I called the number and a Bradly answered the phone. I asked for Joe and he said he wasn't there but should be in after 11. I will try calling them again now.

IN ORDER TO NOT GET SCAM BY THESE FREE SAMPLE COMPAINES, ALWAYS USE A STORE BOUGHT GIFT CARD TO MAKE A PURCHASE THEREFORE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO ORDER AGAIN, YOU DONT HAVE TO BE CONCERNED BECAUSE YOUR GIFT CARD IS ALL USE UP. AS SOON AS YOU PURCHASE THE SAMPLE, USE THE REMAINING BALANCE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING AT THE STORE. IT WORKS FOR ME ALL THE TIME.

we got the free sample due to my fiancee being diabetic and having erectile problems and it didnt work for him. we cancelled the order stating it did not work and i just discovered my credit card has been billed three times for a product that wasnt even delivered. i am trying to get hold of the company to get my money back but have only reached the answering machine so far. i hope they can solve this issue properly im not dissing the product but for US it did now work. buyer beware...

hello there. i spoke to collin and i believe joe in customer service tuesday and today my money was refunded to my credit card. i also managed to reach the other company galleria/at home that was on my card and they are SUPPOSED to be crediting my card. i put in a complaint via the better business bureau and they contacted hero tabs. now i dont know if this is why i managed to get a refund but when i was on the phone to customer service (joe i believe) he stated that in return for the refund he would like me to remove my complaint on the bbb. i have wrote to the bbb and told them my issue was efficiantly resolved. good luck and lesson learned.

Make sure if you are going to continue product because if you dont call within 14 days or you will get charged 59.99. They will give you a refund but takes a month and a half to get it back and it will be for 49.99 not the full amount. Also be aware they sign you up for other promotions and tell you its only a trial but they dont tell you its 1.95 for each trial and there are 4 promos that charge your credit card and then about 7 days later you get slapped with an additional 19.95 for each promo thats about 100/00 that is charged to your card unexpectedly. Be Careful of this Company.

Product basically works. Its not Viagra but it works. I ordered online. No problems.
