They do not honor their own terms. The ship their product after I cancelled on the 12th day of 14 day trial. It's a total scam. -DO NOT- order any product from them;they are only
interested in scamming the innocent public. Just consider that you have been warned!!!!

Absolutely! Not so much the quality of the product; although, I could drink more coffee and get the same effect, but more so on their scandulous way of taking your money then hiding behind their terms and conditions and no-refund policy for even their "FREE" samples. Be wary of any product you order on the internet. They'll just straight up take your money.

i TOO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. i CANCELED 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE COLON CURE PRODUCT AND THE MAN ON THE PHONE SAID I WILL NOT BE BILLED. 2 DAYS LATER, I GOT BOTTLE IN THE MAIL. I CALLED AGAIN AND THE WOMAN STATED THAT MY CARD WAS BILLED BECAUSE THEY MAILED IT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. SO MUCH FOR 14 DAY TRIAL. SHE STATED THAT I CAN SEND IT BACK AND IF I CALL BACK WITH A TRACKING # I CAN BE REFUNDED IN 3-5 DAYS. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH MATT AT EXT 4008 WHO SAID THAT HE CAN'T GIVE HIS LAST NAME OUT DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS. LOL BIG SURPRISE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE CREDITED. IT IS HARD TO GET THROUGH, BUT KEEP TRYING 1-801-208-7485. I TOLD HIM THAT IT IS ALL OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS SCAM AND THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH IT . I'M ALSO CONTACTING THE BBB.

I also tried the "trial offer", then started receiving the full bottle at the FULL price.
I have tried to call their 801/208-7485 number several times from several different telephones, to no avail. I get a message the says..." your access to this this long distance provider network is not authorized. Please call 800/645-0005." This number asks your number and gives you AT&T options. When you finally get a representative, whom I could barely understand, they tell me that I have to call my local telephone service provider. I get connected to customer service and they have no records on the 801 number.
So...I call my local telephone company and after explaining the dilema they try to put the call through to 801-208-7485. The telephone company gets the same message. They put me through to their technical department and after quite awhile they call the number and get the same message. They tell me that my telephone line is working and that the problem getting through is on that carriers line. Does anyone know how to reach "Colon Cure" and stop these shipments????

If there is anything scientifically proven and that doctors ACTUALLY use as 1st Line Therapy to gastrointestinal problems, that would be the MANGOSTEEN JUICE! You may not have heard about this fruit called the mangosteen, because this is primarily grown in Southeast Asia. But this has been used in traditional medicine for over thousands of years, and Xanthones, which are richly found in the pericarp (or rind) of this fruit has been the subject of extensive positive scientific research. Due to the many testimonials that I've heard and read, and remarks from doctors that this juice is truly nature's magic miracle, me and my husband are drinking the juice too! You see 7 yrs ago, a part of my colon has been removed due to tumor growth. This is the very reason why I drink the mangosteen juice, because of the xanthones, which is termed as a family of powerful phytonutrients, have anti-tumor benefits. Why would I use a drug when I can get the same effect in a natural food substance? I believe that there is no safe drug. I know you may be skeptical about it, so here's the link to find out for yourself more information. By the way, this is not found in health stores, we got this from a distributor and I'm telling you, this juice really works!

I cancelled my credit card because of them. Today I got a call from someone who said they were calling on behalf of my credit card company. They had the last 4 digits of my cc number and was going to send me a packet to look over for 14 days and wanted to confirm my address and phone number and year of birth. I told them I was not interested in having to send something back or getting billed for it and they hung up. I didn't realize it was the cc I had cancelled. The phone number showed up as "unknown" on caller ID but the voice and name was the same as the guy I talked to at Colon Cure (Jason). I have a feeling they are using people's credit card to bill for other things.

This is amazing. I too was taken. I tried to call and cancel the colon cure. All I get is the same garbage as others. Now we hear those words " the call will not go thru we have to dial another 88 number" This is an AT&T connection. They have no idea why we are given their number......I had to waist 3 hours maki8ng calls and "hanging" on. They all wanted to help me but had no idea what to do. All called these famous 801 number and got the same story....to call the 800 AT&T NUMBER4, EVEN AT&T. Will now have to cancel my charge and will find out "why this Co. has not been closed by BBB? We have here at least 6months of complaints..............

I received an email from mypoints for Colon Cleanse. The email appeared safe. The email stated I was ordering the free trial and would only pay free shipping charges. I gave them my Credit card number to purchase the $3.95 trial size. I never received the email confirming my order was placed. I never received the email when the order was sent. This was July 1st to the 7th. Time went by and I forgot about the order because no email was sent to me. Any reputible company would send a email confirming the purchase. On July 19, 2008 I was paying bills and noticed a charge for $ 89.31. I had to focus my eyes several times to believe that I was charged $89.31 by Colon Cleanse at 801-208-7485. I later discovered on July 7th I was charged $3.95 for the shipping for the free trial. I never received the free trial nor the full product since I paid full price. This is how it appears for the free trial on my bank statement: COLON CLEANSE 801-208-7485-$3.95. This is how it shows for the full price: COLON CLEANSE 801-208-7485-$89.31.I called my bank to cancel my credit card. They put a fraud alert on my account. The bank is sending me a form to file a complaint against Colon Cleanse and get a refund. They suggest I call them for a refund. They suggest calling the bank back if I don't get results from Colon Cleanse. On Monday, July 21 I am calling the BBB in my area where I live to file a complaint against Colon Cleanse. I don't know what I am going to use for an adddress since I never received the product or any email confirming the order was placed or shipped. I am calling Colon Cleanse on July 21 to allow them to here my story and to see if they are going to refund me $3.95 and $89.31 since I never received the free trial or the full product. This learning experience (only buy from reputible businesses that have familar names such as Bestbuy, Staples, Walmart, etc) This was an inconvenience and a financial hardship for me.

I cannot file a complaint on your website because I don't have their full address.

I couldn't call Colon Cleanse to cancel my order because I never received the product.

i ordered the trial bottle. i never received the bottle and then they charged me the 89.31 causing my account to be overdrawn. I called and they cancelled my orders and said to keep anything that i receive. i was given a confirmatin number but it has not been taken off of my account yet. then 3 days later i finally received the trial bottle. there were actually 2 separate packages, 1 was the trial and one was the 89.31. THEY WERE RUBBERBANDED TOGETHER!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I finally got thru to someone today. I have had 4 deductions from my account, the last one being today. I received the sample and have not received anything after this. It is my fault, I just forgot about it when I didn't receive anything else, and I only balance my checking accounts every couple of months. I have been buying vitamins and supplements online and when I saw the NuBodi I didn't even think about it not being that charge, since they are really close

They SAID they have confirmation of receipt in April, the shipments in May and June don't show a confirmation and they are in the process of sending me another. I explained to her that I have never received anything and she said the best she could do was to refund the two months that don't show confirmation of receipt. Whoever is getting this stuff, that is supposedly coming to me, I hope they appreciate the gift, I am sure they would have preferred roses or candy.

When I told her that I wanted a refund for July because I didn't think I should have to pay for something that I am not getting. She explained to me that they DO NOT except returns. I just learned a very expensive lesson. And watch out, the way I caught it, is it now shows up as Colon Smart, which is another company altogether, and judging from the posts for it, they are doing the same thing. This charge is $89.31, their charge is $88.71 -- real close, huh?
