Besides the fact that EverCleanse didn't work for me as it claimed it would, I have found that this company uses unethical business practices.
I ordered Evercleanse and tried it for several months. I was on an autoship program. In late February when I received an auto shipment, I decided I would cancel my subscription. So I sent back that unopened product with a note asking for Evercleanse to cancel my account. From Canada, using CAD, it costs $27 for insured postage to return the box. Fine, I would absorb that cost. They had already charged it to my credit card, so I assumed I would be credited in due time. Not so. And to top it all off, I got another autoship in the mail yesterday!!!! And again they've charged it to my credit card!
I called the customer "care" line this morning. They claimed they would credit my account for the autoships, but they were not going to reimburse for the postage. That's where I got angry! It's their mistake to send another autoship, I shouldn't have to pay to send it back to them! Believe me, it's not the $$$, it's the principle!
I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE...

I had a really bad experience with EverCleanse- heard their ad on radio and (mistake #1) without researching the company placed an order. Received the product fairly fast but within the first 2 weeks I could tell it was not delivering the results promised on the ad. So, I called them as instructed before shipping it. They gave me the # I needed to put on the box and told me that was the only thing I needed to do. So, I mailed it back but didn't get a tracking number (mistake #2). I have been fighting with them for 2 months now and they would not credit me unless I gave them a tracking #. On September 3rd a girl on the phone said she was going to credit my account and it should post within 7 to 10 business days. On the 11th business day I called back since there was no money returned. Another girl told me there were no notes about my account being credited. I asked what to do next and she kept repeating about tracking number. I asked them to reach out to the warehouse and they said they had no way of contacting them (ironically, the mailing address for the business as well as for the warehouse is the same- I checked the address on google map and it does not list Evercleanse company under this address). Then I asked for the number so I could call the warehouse myself but she said they didn't have it. When I asked who the owners of the company were she said they didn't have the information. Finally, the supervisor (after 20 minutes on the phone) gave me Susan Taylor's name and P.O. Box address. I asked her who Susan Taylor was and she said name was sufficient to put on a letter. To my question if Susan had a title the sup finally said she was a president. Oh, also, when I called back from work to get the mailing address so I could put it on BBB report a customer service rep. said she couldn't give it to me unless I had an order placed with them, which makes me believe this is not a legit business. I bet 'Susan Taylor' was a fake person she just made up while talking to me. So, at this point they owe me $120 and unless I get a tracking number they won't refund me. My next steps are going to be BBB as well as police report requesting to investigate this company.
