If you are just starting out and looking for a particular diet or maybe drug to help you out, I would recommend paying a visit to your doctor to see what he/she recommends. He/she may think there is a more natural, healthy way than just taking some prescription, but at the very least; they will have some good answers for you. If you're looking for something to get started with right away though, I highly recommend exercise. I actually just wrote a post on my blog about exercising and its benefits/effects.
