hello every one im new to this forum
but i need help
i am over weight i weigh 290 and im 20 and im 5'10"
i need help i want to get to my target weight of around 200 pounds i dont care how long it takes just as long as i see progress
ive try walking and running and doing stuff like that with no results
ive always been affraid to try the weightloss things you see on tv and read about
and i need to keep it on the cheap side

Hi Logan,
If you are trying to keep it on the low cost side then I suggest trying the free trial's. From what I've read the combination of using Acai Berry Select & Purity 12 Colon Cleanse gives some great results.

you can find a lot of low fat recipes online. Just type the subject as low fat recipes in your search bar and there are endless sites listed. Hope I helped

Hello Logan!
I agree to Deb Harris that you should eat a low fat diet. Unlike carbohydrates and protein, fat contributes to most of the caloric value we gain when we eat. Since per gram of fat that we consume, we obtain 9kcal unlike for the carbohydrate and protein each of which gives us 4kcal per gram. So, i suggest that you should be conscious when it comes to food labels to see contents and get rid of fried foods..
