Well I didn't believe it when I first found out about it but there is a doctor and scientific evidence which supports weight loss by the removal of chemicals in our bodies and you can remove these chemicals by drinking alkaline ionized water. So after long deliberation if figured it was worth a shot as I had wasted plenty of money on diet plans. I figured I could take that money any purchase a water ionizer and maybe loose weight at the same time. So I purchased the Bawell water ionizer from the company website http://www.bawellwaterionizers.com and drank the water without changing my diet I lost 20 lbs in 3 months time. You should learn about this for yourself before you go an purchase another expensive diet plan.

When you drink plenty of water, you are safe from dehydration, you cleanse your digestive system and you sweat more. Exercise is still the best way to burn fats. That is why when you do some workouts in a fitness center, you have to maximize your effort and make your body sweat more to burn more fats.
