I ordered a "free trial" of colopure from their distributor Central Coast Nutraceuticals ...In addition to the "free trial" They sent me and CHARGE ME for 2 products I didn't order, for a total of $44.85!! and now I have to go through all sorts of time-consuming loops to just return the stuff I didn't order...plus I have to pay for the shipping (of the stuff I didn't order) plus I have to pay for a "restocking fee" (of the stuff I didn't order). Complete scam, do not EVER deal with that company. I am going to file a complaint with a consumer advocate agency.

Total SCAM and the "free trial" is NOT free. They bill you later if you don't return in 30 days...how can you return something you've taken. Read the small print if you order and watch your credit card. They are also hooked in with Encore Marketing and you will find a sneaky little charge of $14.95 + a processing fee on your bill. Oh yeah, and the product is lousy...

There are "Scam Notices" all over the internet for this company and Colopure, etc... The person you should really be angry with is yourselves. If you go to CCN's site and go to Terms and Conditions, it explains the charges very clearly. It also explains the return procedure and extra charges for returns. More to the point, if you place an order, before you submit your credit card info, you have to agree to the terms and conditions. Obviously this company is in business to make money. I don't know if they believe in their product or not, but you bought it and you checked the box for "I agree to the terms and conditions." So, stop complaining and chalk this up to a valuable lesson learned - read the fine print!

Even more important than if this stuff works is that it is a complete scam. One cannot make heads or tails of their policy page because in it they contradict themselves and lie. They will not do what they say in one place they will do and later change it to something else. They will get every penny they can before they are forced to cancel your account. They will send you stuff that you Didn't order or in an ammount that you didn't order and charge you for it or make you send it back before they will cancel it and add all kind of charges to it until they make a huge profit on something that was a trial offer for $1.00 to begin with. I have just called and changed my debit card but don't know yet what all they have charged me with. I'll go to the bank later today and see what I can find out.. I will file with whatever I can to try to stop them from juping people and I will google any company I order from, from now own to find out what I can. If I had done this with Colopure I would have seen just what a scam (scum)company they are.

DO NOT BUY!!!Colopure is a scam! After I received the first set of pills I called and "canceled" any future orders, or so I thought. I also kept receiving pills and was being charged $44.00. They did refund one charge for $38.00 out of four or five orders. Because I had already canceled, I returned them unopened, Return to Sender. But after calling again, they asked me who I spoke to when I called to cancel and what the Cancelation Number was. I told them I did not get a name and was not given a cancelation number. They kept repeating themselves with the exact same words (I called four times that day) because they are reading from a sheet, would not answer my questions, 2 told me I was being combative and all hung up on me. The cancelation number evidently is the day you called in ex:052009. I think we should all file with The Better Business Bureau immediately. Alicia is one of the people I spoke to. I asked for a supervisor and all they have is a "lead floor person" and he also repeated his self reading from a card.

Jennifer "Smith" must work for Colopure or one of its affiliates. I don't see anywhere where it says you must get the name of the person you spoke to or a cancelation number!

Hey Pam, I agree, Jennifer Smith is an idiot. Where in the fine print does it tell you that you are going to get charged $49.97 for some other crap that you didn't order along with international fees? There is a reason why this company got an F with the BBB. Anyways, who knows how to file a class action lawsuit?

I just got a call this morning that Colopure (VP/ilifecolo). I ordered a "free" trial for shipping of 1.95 and received the bottle. But I wasn't aware of this scam and of course now I can't find the web site I ordered from to get any contact info. If anyone has that and would be willing to pass it on I'd appreciate it. I'm now seeing multiple charges I didn't authorize. Thank you.

I ordered a sample from a website that listed a local rep (same city). I did not receive the product. 45 days later I receive a package in the mail with a packing list that says I am being charged for 64.90 for each bottle. I contacted the company Innovative fulfillment Center (VP/ilife----)they told me that since I did not cancel within 10 days I owe 59.95 x 2 for the first shipment (which I did not get) and 15 days later another charge appeared on my credit card for 64.90 x 2. They say they shipped 3 shipments. I only received the 3rd shipment. Now if I return it they will only credit my account for 15% of the cost. All other charges they say I have to pay. I am disputing it with my credit card company and they said this is a common scam. BEWARE...Everyone dealing with this company should come together to shut them down.. To prey on people exspecially now "shame on them".
