Hi everyone, I have been really obsessed with my weight problem. I am a 33 year old female and have gained 90lbs which makes the count to 210. I recently took out some of my summer clothes and they don’t fit me anymore!!! This is a real tragedy for me. How can I not wear the ones I adore...moreover the new look is getting me mad (with the comments from my friends). I know quite a few ways to start losing weight…….but I don’t really feel that, with so many people failing using these methods that I will make it through. Does anyone know a proven way to reduce the weight?

Exercise is a proven weight loss method! Start with just going for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the escalator. If you can, walk for 20 mins after every meal. Just be careful not to over do it when you start.

Regular exercise, workouts, jogging and avoiding high calorie food will surely help in weight loss but with the intake of lots of water.

A proper diet with regular exercise is regarded as best for weight loss. Your health should be your focus, it is very difficult to maintain good health. Walking or jogging is another option or else do yoga, it is a slow process but very effective in controlling weight and high blood pressure, diabetes and different pain.
Follow a healthy lifestyle, eat regularly - no dieting please, just lower the high calorie foods, instead use more fresh fruits and vegetables and lots of water and do exercise regularly, you will definitely loose weight. It will take time but it is healthy.

Watching what you eat and trying to stay regularly active never fails, as everyone has stated. See what things you could cut out of your diet like soda, alcohol, and sugary or salty snacks.

EAT THREE MEALS A DAY WITH FRESH FRUIT SNACKS IN BETWEEN. WATCH YOUR PORTION SIZE. DRINK A GALLON OF BOTTLED OR FILTERED WATER A DAY. TAK A DAILY FIBER. MAKE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR M.D. YOUR THYROID LEVEL.

I've heard about this Doctor who's products are really good for weight loss. I think his name is Dr. Chi. well I think there's no guaranteed way to lose weight very fast you need to have lots of motivations and will power to achieve your dream weight.
