DIABETIC OATMEAL COOKIES
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. fructose
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oatmeal
Cream together the butter and fructose. Beat in egg and vanilla; add oatmeal and beat thoroughly. Add flour and salt; mix well.
