Hello all
my wife and i have a great life and we love to eat at home since we are great cooks. However, over the past year or so we have gained a couple of extra pounds and we want to shed them. We are in our thirties.
In parallel, we bought at wholefoods a total organic body cleanse which we decided to do in parallel since weve heard so much about the whole cleansing thing.
We made drastic changes to our diet, no more fun stuff, no more baking, no more home made pizza, etc. Lots of veggies fruits and fish, we began 10 days ago. I also exercise 2-3 times a week.....
And we havent lost an ounce!! My wife is very frustrated about to thow in the towel,
i checked the label behind one of the components of the cleanse and it says the calories for the 6 pill serving are 16% of a daily diet of 2,000???? Can this be correct? Can these pills have 320 calories? If so, this could explain it but even so, i dont get it!
otherwise is there a known conflict between body cleanses and weight loss??
Thanks
