Scabies is highly contagious and can be spread by scratching, picking up the mites under the fingernails and simply touching another person's skin. They can also be spread onto other objects like keyboards, toilets, clothing, towels, bedding, furniture, and anything else that the mite may be rubbed off onto, especially if a person is heavily infested.

The only way for a person to know if he/she is infected with scabies is through a test. Scabies is a curable infection that application of a simple cream can remedy. Many cases of scabies can be diagnosed by your dermatologist without special tests. In some cases patients are advised for a cosmetic surgery.

Hi i saw that with my nephew really its a bad experience, cos he spent all his time scratching his body until some small wounds appeared on the parts he was scratching.scabies is not something to desire so make sure you keep your clothes and body clean to avoid that.
